03. Cabinet assembly and 72-hour full-screen aging
After assembly with power supplies, receiving cards and cabinets, the complete screen is aged for at least 72 hours before delivery. This is where a stable LED display proves itself: weak power supplies, loose connectors and modules that fail under heat tend to show up during this stage rather than at your client’s site.
04. Inspeção final e embalagem
