P6 SMD3535 Module for Outdoor Advertising
Each 192 × 192 mm P6 module contains a 32 × 32 pixel matrix. SMD3535 LEDs support the high-output configuration required for an outdoor advertising screen, while the specified 6,500 cd/m² brightness helps the content remain visible in daylight. A 3,840 Hz refresh rate supports smooth motion and cleaner camera capture. Waterproof adhesive around the module contributes to its IP65 protection rating.
NovaStar MRV336 Receiving Card
The cabinet uses a NovaStar MRV336 receiving card. In this project configuration, one card loads up to 256 × 226 pixels, providing sufficient capacity for the cabinet’s pixel matrix. NovaStar lists the MRV336 in its official LED control system downloads, where firmware V4.4.5.0 remains available for this legacy model.
NovaStar MSD300 Sending Card
A NovaStar MSD300 sending card provides USB control for the display system. Supported output formats include 1280 × 1024, 1024 × 1200, 1600 × 848, 1920 × 712 and 2048 × 668. This gives the integrator several practical canvas options when mapping content to the P6 outdoor LED screen.
Wide-Voltage LED Power Supply
The cabinet uses an RSP-320-5 power supply with a 100-240 V AC input and a 5 V, 60 A output. The wide input range suits common commercial power conditions and simplifies deployment when the screen is prepared for an overseas fixed installation.
Four-Fan Cabinet Cooling
Four cooling fans are installed in each cabinet to move heat away from the LED modules, power supply and control electronics. This active cooling design supports more stable operation during extended outdoor advertising schedules.
Weather-Resistant Cabinet Details
A waterproof eave at the rear of the cabinet helps reduce direct water entry around service access points. Together with the IP65-rated module construction, this detail improves protection for routine outdoor use. Final installation should still include correct cabinet sealing, drainage, grounding and site-specific weather protection.
