Each 960 × 960 mm cabinet uses nine 320 × 320 mm P16 DIP LED modules in a 3 × 3 layout. With a 16 mm pixel pitch, every cabinet has a calculated 60 × 60-pixel matrix. Six cabinets across and three cabinets high form each 5.76 × 2.88 m screen.

The cabinet is designed for front-service maintenance, allowing technicians to access LED modules and service components from the viewing side. This reduces the rear clearance needed for routine maintenance and suits wall-mounted or space-constrained outdoor advertising installations. Technicians can service the display without removing the complete 960 × 960 mm cabinet from its support structure. The P16 DIP LED display uses a NovaStar MRV300-1 receiving card control solution. The receiving card distributes display data to the LED modules and supports synchronized output across the 6 × 3 cabinet arrangement of each screen. Recording the exact MRV300-1 model also makes future configuration, troubleshooting, and spare-part matching more precise.
Each 960 × 960 mm LED cabinet contains three power supplies. Every unit accepts 200–240 V AC input and provides 5 V, 60 A DC output for the LED modules and cabinet electronics. Using three supplies distributes power within the cabinet and keeps the components clearly separated for front-service inspection and replacement.
Four fans are installed in each cabinet to move heat away from the LED modules, power supplies, and receiving card. This fan-assisted design supports fixed outdoor operation at the specified 9,000 cd/m² brightness. Final brightness and operating settings should still be configured for the installation environment, ventilation path, ambient temperature, and local power conditions.
