EA640H1 Indoor LED Wall Screen
The EA640H1 indoor LED wall from EagerLED is a front-service indoor LED screen built with 640 x 480 mm cabinets. Choose P1.25, P1.53, P1.86, P2 or P2.5 pixel pitch for meeting rooms, retail displays and reception areas. Each cabinet weighs 6.7 kg and is 48 mm deep. Wireless module connections use a cable-free, plug-and-play hub design to simplify installation and front service. A refresh rate of at least 3,840 Hz supports clear video playback.

Front Service Indoor LED Wall
Front service means technicians access the LED modules from the viewing side of the screen. The EA640H1 uses hub-connected modules that can be removed with a compatible vacuum service tool. This helps with installations where access behind the display is limited. Plan service access, ventilation and the mounting structure before installation, and follow the supplied maintenance instructions when replacing components.

Wireless Connection (Cable-Free Modules)
The EA640H1 wireless connection design lets LED modules plug directly into the HUB board for both power and data, without separate module cables. This cable-free hard connection keeps the cabinet interior tidy, reduces loose wiring and simplifies module installation and replacement. Combined with front service, the plug-and-play design makes maintenance more convenient. Here, wireless connection describes the module-to-HUB connection inside the cabinet; external power and controller connections follow the project configuration.

Compact Cabinet and Module Design
The EA640H1 combines slim modules with a simplified cabinet structure and hub connections. Each cabinet uses 320 x 160 mm LED modules, arranged two across and three high. Match replacement modules to the specified pixel pitch and configuration. 640 x 480 mm Cabinets for 16:9 Video Walls
Each 640 x 480 mm cabinet has a 4:3 aspect ratio. Combining cabinets in four columns and three rows creates a 2,560 x 1,440 mm screen with a 16:9 aspect ratio. At P2 pitch, this 12-cabinet example has a calculated resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels. A 16:9 shape alone does not guarantee Full HD or 4K; total resolution depends on pixel pitch and cabinet count.

48 mm Depth and 6.7 kg Cabinet Weight
The cabinet is 48 mm deep and weighs 6.7 kg, helping keep the display assembly compact. Twelve cabinets weigh a calculated 80.4 kg before the mounting frame, controller and other installation components are added. Cabinet depth is not the total installed depth. Include the mounting structure, cable routing and required ventilation space when planning an indoor video wall installation.

Die-Cast Aluminum Cabinet with Quick Locks
The die-cast aluminum cabinet includes quick locks to connect adjacent panels during assembly. Careful alignment helps keep the display surface even across cabinet joints. The EA640H1 is specified as IP31 and is intended for indoor use. Discuss the mounting method, supporting structure and site conditions with your installer; this model should not be specified as an outdoor weatherproof display.

Pixel Pitch, Brightness and Refresh Rate
Choose pixel pitch by viewing distance, screen size and the smallest text you need to show. The specification table lists 600 cd/m² brightness for P1.25, P1.53 and P1.86, 700 cd/m² for P2, and 800 cd/m² for P2.5. All five options list 14-bit grayscale and at least 3,840 Hz refresh. For camera use, check the complete controller, source and camera settings during commissioning.
