EA640H1 Indoor LED Wall Overview
The EA640H1 from EagerLED is a 640 × 480 mm front-service indoor LED wall in P1.25 to P2.5, with GOB modules on P1.25 to P2. Each 48 mm cabinet weighs 6.7 kg.
Front Service Indoor LED Wall
Modules are removed from the viewing side with a vacuum service tool, so no rear service corridor is needed. That suits lobbies, meeting rooms and retail walls that sit close to the wall.
Wireless Connection (Cable-Free Modules)
Each module plugs straight into the cabinet HUB board for power and data, so there are no separate module cables. Fewer connectors speed up assembly and module swaps and cut wiring faults.
Compact Cabinet and Module Design
Every cabinet carries six 320 × 160 mm modules in a two-by-three layout, and the die-cast frame keeps depth at 48 mm. Order spares in the same pitch to keep brightness and colour even.

Cabinets are 48 mm deep and 6.7 kg, so a 12-cabinet 2,560 × 1,440 mm wall weighs about 80 kg before the mounting frame, controller and cables. Allow extra depth for structure and ventilation.

Die-cast aluminum cabinets join with quick locks and align at the joints to keep the surface flat. Rated IP31 for indoor use only, so confirm the mounting structure and ventilation on site.

What does front service mean on the EA640H1?
