    EA960F4 Outdoor Advertising LED Display

    The EagerLED EA960F4 is an outdoor advertising LED display built around a 960 × 960 × 80 mm aluminum cabinet with IP65 protection. It supports front and rear maintenance, five pixel pitches from P4.44 to P10, and optional corner or curved cabinets for digital billboards, building facades, and commercial displays.

    Front and Rear Maintenance

    Installers can service the EA960F4 from either the front or rear of the cabinet. The modules are removable from both sides, giving projects more flexibility when wall depth or rear access is limited.

    Aluminum Cabinet and Safety Details

    Positioning pins and quick locks support repeatable cabinet alignment during installation. Each LED module includes a safety tether, while the 960 × 960 mm aluminum cabinet has a listed weight of 25.3 kg.

    Cable-Free Module Connection

    The hard-connected LED modules route power and data through the cabinet base instead of exposed inter-module cables. This keeps the rear service area organized and provides a direct connection between the modules and cabinet electronics.

    Aluminum Module Cooling System

    Aluminum module bases, vortex cooling fans, and a heat-dissipation path through the cabinet door move heat away from the electronics. The power supply mounts against the door panel with thermal grease to support heat transfer during outdoor operation.

    Three Cabinet Sizes

    Based on 480 × 320 mm LED modules, the EA960F4 series supports 960 × 960 mm, 1,440 × 960 mm, and 1,440 × 640 mm cabinets. These formats let integrators match screen dimensions without changing the module platform.

    45° Beveled-Edge Cabinet (Optional)

    The optional 45° beveled cabinet is available in 960 × 960 mm and 960 × 640 mm formats. Two cabinets can form a 90° right-angle outdoor LED display for building corners and corner billboard installations.

    90° Curved Cabinet (Optional)

    The optional 90° curved cabinet supports rounded-corner splicing for outdoor advertising displays. It creates a continuous corner surface for glasses-free 3D advertising content.

    Outdoor Brightness and Refresh Performance

    Across the listed P4.44–P10 variants, the EA960F4 supports 6,000–6,500 cd/m² brightness, a refresh rate of at least 3,840 Hz, 14-bit grayscale, and a 140° viewing angle. These specifications support readable outdoor advertising and smooth camera capture.
