EA500H7 Flexible Rental LED Display
EagerLED EA500H7 is a flexible rental LED display with 500×500 mm cabinets for curved stage backdrops, exhibitions and event video walls. Each cabinet weighs 7 kg and supports concave, convex and cylindrical configurations. Indoor models offer P1.95, P2.6 and P2.97 pixel pitches; outdoor models offer P2.6, P2.97 and P3.91. The series specifies a refresh rate of at least 3,840 Hz and a 140-degree viewing angle.
Quick-Lock Panel Assembly
Quick locks on the cabinet edges connect adjacent panels and help maintain alignment during assembly. The 500×500 mm format gives each cabinet a display area of 0.25 square meters. For example, a flat 4 m by 3 m wall uses 8 cabinets across and 6 high: 48 cabinets in total, before allowing for spares or a different curved layout.
Adjustable Curved Installation
Flexible LED modules and a sliding curve adjustment mechanism let installers set the cabinet curvature for a curved LED video wall. Share the required radius, viewing direction and wall dimensions with EagerLED before ordering so the cabinet arrangement can be checked. Confirm the permitted bending range for the selected configuration before assembly.
Concave, Convex and Cylindrical LED Walls
EA500H7 cabinets can form inward curves (concave), outward curves (convex) and cylindrical displays. Concave walls can wrap around a stage backdrop, while convex or cylindrical layouts can display content around an exhibition feature. The final shape and cabinet count depend on the approved radius and screen dimensions; provide a layout drawing when requesting a quotation.
Compatible Cabinet Combinations
EA500H7 supports cabinet combinations with EA500H8 rental LED display, EA500H8V right-angle cabinets and EA1000H8 for creative screen layouts. Ask EagerLED to confirm the matching pixel pitch, cabinet connection and control configuration before combining models. Mechanical compatibility alone does not guarantee consistent brightness, color or image resolution across a mixed wall.
Removable Back Cover
The rear power box uses a hub-connected design and buckle fasteners for removal and reinstallation. This provides access to rear electronics during servicing. Allow working space behind the wall when planning installation, and confirm the service access required for the selected cabinet configuration.
Foldable LED Corner Protectors
Four foldable corner protectors, one at each cabinet corner, help protect the LED edges during handling, transport, assembly and dismantling. This is useful for rental inventories that move between venues. Check the protectors and cabinet edges before each setup and use suitable transport packaging to reduce handling damage.
Indoor and Outdoor Event Applications
Choose indoor EA500H7 models for exhibition stands, conference screens and stage backdrops: the listed brightness is 750-800 cd/m² with IP31 protection. For an outdoor flexible LED display, the outdoor models specify 4,500-4,800 cd/m² and IP65 protection. Select the model for the venue conditions and viewing distance.
